I’ve Been A Racing Fan Ever Since… in my early teens

I Love Racing Because… its an adrenalin rush

The best race I have ever been to was… the annually held Miller 200 at South Sound Speedway

The worst crash I’ve ever seen in person was… not sure really...i have seen some horrific crashes but one does come to mind with some local racers at the now defunct Spanaway Speedway. This was a street stock race that involved two drivers. One car was stalled on the front stretch and another car collided into him and bursted the fuel cell. Both Drivers were badly burned over 90% of their bodies. Both were taken to Harbor View Medical Hospital where they were watched over closely for atleast six months. one driver has returned to racing in the street stock division and is doing well. the other is ok but has retired from racing.

My biggest ‘racing memory’ is… going to Spanaway Speedway every weekend. three nights of racing every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday night
