Chuck has been an avid race fan ever since his own father raced at Road America and on frozen ponds in the 1960s and 1970s. Chuck, in turn, put the race fan into Erik many years ago and got him hooked.

Over the past few seasons Chuck has been a crew member and often spotter for Erik and the Lawmen Racing team. He has also had some seat time in the #9 car and will pilot a third Lawmen Racing entry in 2010. Look for him to continue the family tradition!

The American Super Cup Series car is a ½ scale stock car built similar to the SPRINT Cup cars you see on TV. They have tube chassis, adjustable suspension, coil-over shocks, disc brakes, rack and pinion steering, etc. Super Cups can reach speeds of up to 100 mph, while racing 3 and 4 wide, which makes every short track look like Daytona! The goal of the series is to provide the most competitive and affordable stock car racing experience for new and old drivers alike. The cars are identical in every respect; from there Hoosier spec racing tires to their fully inspected and sealed Honda engines.  The strict adherence to the rules keeps everyone on the same page requiring drivers to concentrate on chassis setup and their driving skills. Anyone 15 years and older can get behind the wheel. Find out more at
