I’ve Been A Racing Fan Ever Since… I was 6 yrs old and my grandfather would take me to the Reading Fairgounds for RSCRA

I Love Racing Because… it has been a part of my life since sliced bread

The best race I have ever been to was… March 5th 2011 to watch my daughter Trisha compete in her first ever racing event!

The worst crash I’ve ever seen in person was… August 28, 1970 - Jackie Evans was born in Augusta, Georgia, raised in Florida, and then lived in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, during the racing season. He was known by his friends as "The Miami Hurricane". He was one of the most popular modified drivers in the Northeast. He scored nineteen feature wins at the Reading Fairgrounds track from 1965 to 1970, eighteen of which he won in the John Lux #77 vehicle. His best year came in 1967 with six wins and the points title for the Sunday events. He was killed in a rollover on the main straight on 28 August 1970 during a big block dirt modified qualifying heat.

Auto racing has always been a part of my life, introduced to me at an early age through my grandfather Wilmer Weaver. I am the oldest of 8 children and all but two of my siblings have never raced.
