2018 Track Preview: Tri-State Speedway in Pocola, OK
In 2018, Tri-State Speedway will open for it's 48th consecutive year of racing on the famous high banks of Pocola, OK with a host of weekly racing and special events from March through October! Paying homage to the original branding in 1971, longtime fans will notice the integration of 'Mighty' back into the name and in many promotions as well! As always, fans who attend Tri-State Speedway will be impressed with the speed and professionalism of a smooth show with a 75-100 car show playing out in less than 4 hours.

2018 IMPROVEMENTS
As explained by the track's Owner & Promoter, Michael Hoover, one of the biggest improvements for 2018 is centered on providing fans with a better handle on the action as "transponders will be used that will give fans who use their smart phones an opportunity to see live timing and scoring from wherever they are, as well as provide instant lap by lap scoring on the track scoreboard." Other improvements include general facility upgrades for both fans and drivers.
