PARK CITY CUP / AIR CAPITAL SHOOTOUT READY FOR GREEN FLAG

The highly anticipated Park City Cup / Air Capital Shootout $10,000 To Win Sprint Car Challenge that will match the NCRA Racing Series with the newly formed 360 NSL, is ready to roll out starting with practice and a special Time Trial session this week (March 24-25-26).  

The weekend breakdown is as follows;  Thursday (March 24).  Practice for the Sprint Car teams from 6pm to 9pm.  General Admission is $5.00.  A special Time Trial session that will have NO BEARING on qualifying Friday or Saturday night, will start at 9pm.   The Park City Tourism Board has provided $1,000.00 for the special Time Trial session with $500.00 going to the driver that sets Quick Time, $300.00 for second quick and $200 for third quick.

Friday (March 25).  Gates will open at 5pm.  Hot Laps will begin at 6pm.  Race Time is 7pm. Admission is $20.00 Age 11 and Up.  $10.00 Age 6 thru 10.  The program will include qualifying heat races and a feature event paying $1,500.00 To Win.

Saturday (March 26).  Gates will open at 5pm.  Hot Laps will begin at 6pm.  Race Time is 7pm.  Admission is $20.00 Age 11 and Up.  $10.00 Age 6 thru 10.  The program will include qualifying heat races, consolation and the championship feature paying $10,000.00 To Win.

Missouri driver Danny Lasoski is the defending champion and along with Jason Johnson are the only drivers to win the Shootout multiple times.  Kevin Swindell joins Lasoski and Johnson as the only other driver that has won the event.
